Reroute JP1 JTAG connector pins to match vendor defaults
Created by: Henrique Silva
Since our board works with a LPC176x controller, we should follow the default pinout of their JTAG programmer (LPCLink) on our connector (JP1). This way we wouldn't have to assemble a cable specifically for this application, and could use a premade one. My suggestion is to follow the pinout used in LPCLink2 - Page 5 - J7, since it's the newest one available on the market and the LPCLink1 is already obsolete.
PS: I couldn't find a commercial JTAG programmer for the ATMEGA128 to compare the pinouts

Actually, this connector is designed to match AVR programmer JTAGICE3 ( Page 27 ). Could we have 2 different routing options for this connector then? One when we use ATMEGA128 and another when using LPC176x?
