Out-of-standard designators
In the spirit of improving readability and documentation, we should take note at these designators and maybe correct them:

S1 and PB1 are both push buttons, but they have different designators. I believe S* (for all switches) is better than having a designator for a specific kind.

There are only two ICs with U* designators? SN65MLVD082DGG (just U) and SN74AUP1T87DCKR (U1). They should have IC designators.

12MHz Crystal has a Q15 designator, which is used for transistors.

Some transistores are labeled T*, while most are labeled Q*

AMC connector is labeled P1, all other connectors are labeled J*.

Some ferrite beads are labeled FB*, while others are labeled L*

Some LEDs are designated LD*, others LED*.
