V2-1: suggestion to make output level switchable
The blocking level output is fixed at 24V [2, table 4].
Roger Barlow (CERN TE-ABT) suggested to build in a future version the
option to make the blocking output level switchable as they use a 15V
level. Likely settable via the dip switches.

- 15V
- 24V (currently implemented)
Actually it may need to be other levels as 11, 18, 23, 24, 30 and 35V
have been used in boards at CERN [1].
The blocking level is set by a DC-DC converter that may use different
voltages (check if may be lower than the 12V input used).
