Release v3
The new release of the starting kit is finally here! It has been fully tested under Ubuntu LTS 16.04 and 18.04.
Warning: For this release a valid FMC EEPROM is mandatory, if it is not your case please check section 3.5 of the documentation in pdf to create it.

- The DIO support has been extracted from old WR NIC driver. A new driver has been developed for DIO functionalities.
- SPEC software has been updated to use CERN coht-vic driver as interrupt controller and a new SDB scan functionality has been implemented.
- Related Gateware and Software parts have been placed in the same repository (e.g. DIO in fmc-dio-5chttla, NIC in wr-nic, etc)
- Now on, Etherbone support is not included in the standard version of the WR Starting Kit.
