Fix adjusting 1sec in /etc/init.d/wr_date (1s offset from UTC provided by NTP)
At first call of /etc/init.d/wr_date it seems that the tools doesn't behave properly (the code seems finde) and we do not adjust well the time but if you run it a second time you will fix this missing second.
wrs-172.17.5.243#wr_date -v set host
Current TAI offset: 37
wr_date: Warning: fractional second differs bymore than 0.2 (231 ms)
Host time: 1537889002.389761
WR time: 1537889038.158153
Fractional difference: 231608 usec
adjusting by 1 seconds*
At 3rd run this adjusting by 1 seconds message disapear and we are correctly aligned to UTC
This can finally be checked by:
wrs-172.17.5.243#ntpd -w -p pool.ntp.org
