located in sdb-lib, written by Alessandro Rubini and

As we have transfered all of the BPM project to
another account, we also update the submodule remotes.

This symlink was a litlle hack to allow running dev_mngr
instance inside the repository. This is not the correct
way to do it and should be called from its installation
directory (typically /usr/local/bin)
