The default profile was set to HA but when HA is not available,
dot-config parsing generates an error. It was not really an issue but
was generating useless errors in the test report.

Without rounding it migth appear an error of 1 ps

Use 'make install' to install all files

A value greater or equal to 2 forces PPSi not to take into account the
SFP parameters during testing. The ingress and egress latencies will be
not then adjusted by the SFP parameters (tx,rx and alpha).
