This redefines raw_input to return 'y' always in case of
EOF, and closes stdin so that --yes forces this behaviour
when requested to do so.

This is mostly redundant: it has to be decided by the testers
what they really want.

Needs to have a special version of raw_input to
correctly respond to EOF

This version is the one uploaded in ohwr.org at the moment of this commit.

It adds new features like --yes option, prints progress on the screen
and shows the state of the entire run.

tps/test: change thresholds in test00.py and ajust them taking in mind the possible errors in the resistors and reference voltage of the ADC

As the SPEC board use low count pin connector, the resistor divider
give us a value of 1.7 V in case of V_adj, when we read back from the
ADC present in the FMC tester.

In high pin count connector the threshold value is still 2.0 V.
