This is the combination of several commits I suggested to Miguel
Baizan and Juan Luis Manas on the 16th of March. There is no
functional change, just a style cleanup and minor makefile fixes. I
have an internal "rtu-tmp" branch with all the commits if needed.

This is the version of the rtu kernel module that comes from the
White Rabbit svn repository (release 756, Feb 3rd 2011, pathname
trunk/software/drivers/wr_rtu/). It has been moved into this git
software repository for cleanup and integration in the overall
White Rabbit software package.

This patch adds the timestamping engine, by adding fields to
the core struct, an array for temporary storage of tstamp information
and fixes a few bug in register management

Part of this comes from work side by side
with Tomasz, who was greatly helpful with this.

This file is what I used initially, but it's now superseded
by ../wbgen-regs/*.h

This is the new input (*.wb) and output (*.h) files for
device registers. I was making a huge mess with the copying
and filtering, so I decided to make order. The previous
commit adds the engine (Makefile), and the still previous removed
stuff I committed by error. Now this part is stable I hope.

I made some mess with the headers, and commited the wrong one.
The previous commit thus is not compiling. This is the proper header,

Later I may do something to regenerate them from the svn *.wb files
with the help of Makefile, as I was going mad with pathnames.
