RTU: addressing the problem of forwarding urecognized broadcast traffic and other broadcast traffic (including HP) to CPU (Network InterFace, NIC) - this can cause the CPU to get stuck when the traffic is huge. This problem should be separately addressed in NIC. But RTU was extended with disabling (by default) HP and unrecognized broadcast traffic from being forwarded to CPU (it seems not useful there), however the behavior can be chaned with configuration

SWcore: bugfix rx frame error reception (the error status was not written to MPM, so the output Endpoint did not know it's sending broken frame, it added CRC, and the frame became theoretically-OK)

SWcore->MPM: implemented abort in the read path of the MultiPort Memory (a bit hack-ish: abort by reset). Also cleaned commented and unnecessary stuff (I know I should do it in separate commit...anyway, it is easy to distinguish)
