Sequential Burst length tests
The sequential burst length tests consist of the following steps:
- Writing the SDRAM in a sequential burst fashion. It has to be noted that each SDRAM module is conceptually divided into different sets. In each of these memory regions several tests will be performed to check particular sequential burst mode.
- Each of the memory regions in which is split a SDRAM module is read according a specific sequential burst access mode.
- Checking the received data against with the expect one.
Interleaved Burst length tests
The interleaved burst length tests consist of the following steps:
- Writing the SDRAM in a interleaved burst fashion. It has to be noted that each SDRAM module is conceptually divided into different sets. In each of these memory regions several tests will be performed to check particular interleaved burst mode.
- Each of the memory regions in which is split a SDRAM module is read according a specific interleaved burst access mode.
- Checking the received data against with the expect one.
On-the-fly Burst length tests
The on-the-fly burst length tests consist of the following steps:
- Writing the SDRAM in a on-the-fly burst fashion. It has to be noted that each SDRAM module is conceptually divided into different sets. In each of these memory regions several tests will be performed to check particular on-the-fly burst mode.
- Each of the memory regions in which is split a SDRAM module is read according a specific on-the-fly burst access mode.
- Checking the received data against with the expect one.
