the new version of binary allows reading PCB version number so that
the correctness of hardware version can be checked by the software.

The changes were made with MS Track Changes

This includes:
- modified Makefile to download correct file
- updated flash to load proper file
- updated flashtest to test proper version (bump from v3.0 to v4.0

Added pcb version input pins to top entity. Link pcb version number to status and control register. updated component and port map of pts_regs for pcb version

Fixed small bug. the led-seq for blinking leds restarts every 24 blinks. This was ok for 6 fp leds as seq runs 3 times and starts again. for 10 fp leds however 24 means the seq restarts after the 4th led. it has now been changed so it restarts after 30 blinks

Modified PTS user guide to include INV channel LEDs testing: 10 blinking LEDs instead of 6--ADDED unstaged files

- replaced lengthy text that probably no one was going to read for nice
pictures describing how to install the RTM board testers
- added these pictures to the repo
- updated one link in the References section

This is needed for user-based PTS. Without write permission to
(in particular) the log folder, a PTS system ran from its specific user
cannot gain access to the scripts stored and copied under the pts user,
which is what the current PTS setup looks like.

The correction is related to the description in the CSR.RTM bit field, therefore
it only concerns the documentation, not the generated code.
